The 87 Initiative is committed to excellent support and community engagement. We provide assistance via email or our online form, available Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM local time. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours. Support queries may include program help, event questions, donation assistance, or volunteer coordination. For urgent matters involving security or privacy, please mark your message as “Urgent” in the subject line. While we prioritize urgent requests, standard issues are addressed in the order received. If your inquiry isn’t responded to within our target window, please feel free to follow up. We also offer additional support for registered members and partners, including dedicated liaisons and periodic check-ins. Our goal is to ensure every interaction is timely, respectful, and helpful.
